TITUSVILLE, Fla. -- Titusville police arrested a woman they said robbed a credit union while wearing yellow rubber dish washing gloves. Police said they arrested Erica Smith at a home on Booker Street early Wednesday morning.

Investigators believe Smith is the same woman seen in surveillance pictures (see pictures) from a robbery at the Community Educators Credit Union on US-1 on Tuesday. Officers tracked her down through a partial tag number that an eyewitness at the bank provided to investigators.

Investigators said Smith is eight months pregnant and had a child in the car as well. When deputies first reported a robbery at the Community Educators Credit Union on Washington Avenue in Titusville, they said the woman robber escaped in a car with a young child inside.

Police don't think the woman was just trying to hide her dishpan hands when she walked into the Community Educators Credit Union (watch surveillance) wearing what appeared to be large rubber gloves. They believe the woman was doing everything she could to hide her identity, fingerprints and even DNA.

"Somebody that goes as far as to put the latex gloves on and wear the hat, the sunglasses, they thought enough to at least disguise themselves and try to cover up evidence," said Detective Warren VanVuren, Titusville Police Department.

Authorities said nobody had much time to question why she was there with all the accessories, because within a moment of walking in the bank she was face to face with the bank teller.

"She entered the bank and pushed her way to the front of the line," VanVuren said.

Now the pregnant mother and suspected bank robber is in the custody of the Titusville Police Department.

Most bank robbers are men, but there have been three bizarre robberies involving women in Central Florida this year.

Last month, a 40-year-old woman was arrested after an Orange County robbery. It turned out her family in Missouri had filed a missing persons report looking for her (read report).

In February, a woman robbed a Longwood bank with mascara smeared over her face (read report). In April, a woman was dressed all in white and smelled like gasoline when she robbed a Lake Mary bank (read report).

I just wanted to say HIP HIP HOOOOORAYYYYYYYY for hot women becoming criminals now-a-days! I mean seriously; it used to be only MEN committed stupid crimes. More and more though, women, and HOT women are stepping up and becoming nuts. They're sleeping with 6th graders, robbing places, etc. I can't wait for it to get so bad that I'm at a red light and a hot chick pulls up next to me and 'exposes' herself. Maybe I'll even get raped.

OMG OMG OMG OMG
I know that the Earthquake in California was something of significance. Don't get me wrong, but if you asked FOX NEWS yesterday, the Earth was coming to an end! I mean seriously!! They took a break from OBAMA AROUND THE CLOCK and actually reported on something else, which I dug, but the over hype from Shepard Smith yesterday was of Katrina proportions. You could actually hear the sadness in their voices as they found out no one had died, no buildings had fallen, no animals were dismembered, etc. It was almost pathetic. They had expert after expert on about Earthquakes and everytime the 1st question out of their mouths were, "So are we about to see the big one?" First of all, how in the HELL can ANYone predict when a big earthquake is coming? Maybe Jesus in his prime, but come on people! We've gotta keep it real. (See Carlos Mencia video!)

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Photos of the mother of a missing girl surfaced showing the 22-year-old smiling with friends at an Orlando lounge apparently five days after the child was last seen by her grandmother.

A photographer snapped the photos showing Casey Anthony at the Fusian Lounge in Orlando on June 20 -- which is five days after missing Caylee Anthony was last seen by her grandmother.

The photographer who took the photos said Casey Anthony did not seem like she was upset about anything.

"She was not partying any harder or less than anybody else would but she was at the medium," John Azzilona said. "She didn't seem belligerently drunk or anything like that, she was just out."

Also, about four days after the photos were taken, one of Anthony's friends said he heard Caylee in the background of a phone call.

A national search continues for the missing girl.

Attorney: 'If She's Guilty, Prove it'

Meanwhile, Anthony's attorney Jose Baez and his new co-council Mike Walsh spent almost two hours inside the jail Tuesday, after they lost a court battle to stop the flow of jail correspondence to the media.

However, an appeals court is expected to consider lowering Anthony's bail Wednesday.

"We're actually pinning our hopes on this and hoping to get her out," Baez said. "She's doing her best to get through this extremely stressful time."

Baez and Walsh gave interviews on the national media circuit Tuesday night.

"The worry and angst is clearly visible on her face and her body language," Walsh said. "She does her best to put on a poker face kind of smile and act like things are not bothering her. But that is just a nervous smile."

Walsh also had some harsh words for investigators, saying every day they don't talk to Anthony about her daughter is another day the child could be in jeopardy.

"If she's guilty of something, then by God, prove it," Walsh said. "But if she isn't, stop with this and go out into the field."

Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary said the focus is not on Anthony.

"We need to get family members, law enforcement and the defense attorney all on the same sheet of music," Beary said. "It's all about finding Caylee."

Also, a scheduled visitor for Anthony in jail Tuesday night was a no show.

Mystery Break-In Solved

Anthony's father said he's solved the mystery break-in at his home.

The break-in happened around the same time Casey Anthony borrowed a shovel from a neighbor and the last time the girl's voice was heard.

"Someone had broken a lock and gas cans were taken," George Anthony said. "Gas cans with gas, probably in the neighborhood of $50 -- right around in there. I did find out who did it and they came back to me and that was the extent of it."

Judge OKs Release Of Calls

Also Tuesday, A judge denied a motion to suppress jailhouse phone calls and information in the case.

Baez said he wanted to block the public from hearing calls the woman makes from jail or from seeing who visits her because it could hurt the search for her daughter, Caylee.

Baez said if the family can't speak with Casey Anthony freely, it could slow or prevent anyone from finding her. He also told the judge if he denied the motion, he was playing with fire.

"Your position, Mr. Baez, seems to be, 'Just trust us. We are trying to do an investigation here and if get anything we will tell you about it. Just trust us.' Well, it just doesn't work that way," Judge Stan Strickland said.

Lawyers representing the sheriff's office argued that detectives are in charge of the investigation and they decide whether it is for release, Local 6 reported.

Strickland then denied the motion.

"When push comes to shove in a case like this, I'm going to err on the side of the First Amendment every time and I'm going to do so by denying your motion and that is going to be it," Strickland said.
What's the big deal?

She's a mother, sure, but why shouldn't she be able to go out and get her drink on? So her daughter was missing? Hey, she's young and can have more. Right? She likes to get dressed up in her fave FUBU gear, get in her ride with them fly shoes, and go kick it with her homies. So what?
